You can see great results with bootcamp workouts if you are already tired of your old exercise routine or you are just beginning to workout. Anybody can do this regardless of their fitness level. Do the plan for 4 weeks. You will feel a great sense of accomplishment already of you will exercise everyday for one month. Following the plan and vary your workout along with a good workout music will give you amazing results in the end.

The weight that should be carried will vary by person to person. When you do the strength exercise, make sure that the weight you carry is challenging for you. You can try various weight to know which one is good for you. Do not carry heavy weight if you are still starting.

If you haven't exercised for one day, just perform two videos in the following day. This will serve as your guide. Hence, do not worry if you fail to exercise.

You can modify the workout if you can't do the exercise and it will be shown in the videos or come up with some unique bootcamp class ideas. Never feel pressure if you can't do the exercises. You can carry less weight, change your movement, or just skip the whole exercise. Just follow what your body needs.

There is no specific day or week when you can start. It should be started on Sunday so that there will be no intense workout on weekends. But you can begin any day of the week. The important thing is your exercise.
